Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email, or track your order by logging in and viewing “My Orders.” Domestic (U.S.) packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7-11 business days. If you have not received your package within expected dates, please contact us at care@silverspeck.com. We will get back to you with a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries including. Please see our shipping policy for more information. Our prices are shown in USD. As of February 12, 2020 international orders are shipped via USPS instead of DHL as requested by international customers.
If we do not ship to your country, feel free to email us at care@silverspeck.com for possible expansion. At this time, we cannot ship to certain countries.

Quality Assurance:
We pride ourselves in high standards. If your SilverSpeck jewelry is not satisfactory, let us know. We’re here Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-1pm (EST). We will respond within 24 business hours.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in peak condition, please see our gemstone treatment guide for best treatments per gemstone. All jewelry should avoid contact with moisture. Jewelry that is not solid gold should not be worn in excessive water.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, all orders have a 90 day return policy from the day it was delivered. Partial returns are also allowed. U.S. customers may receive a prepaid return label by emailing us at care@silverspeck.com.
I can’t find my invoice email?
If you have an account with us, simply log in to view your order history. If you ordered as a guest, please email us at care@silverspeck.com and we will promptly send you your order information.
Payment & Billing
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, and Paypal.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
All standard U.S. orders are shipped USPS, unless the customer has chosen another option including UPS and UPS ground.
The product I want to purchase is sold out. Will they be restocked?
Products are automatically updated when they are restocked. If a product is sold out, you may email us at care@silverspeck.com to confirm if we are restocking. Note, sometimes we do have a few left in stock that we may be able to sell.
What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is designed in-house and crafted at our own factory in Thailand. We use a variety of high quality materials, including genuine and created gemstones, gold, white gold, sterling silver, and brass. Exact materials associated with each style are listed under “read more” on their product page.
How will my package arrive?
Your package will arrive individually wrapped and sealed inside a pouch.
Have you received my return?
You will receive a confirmation email including a processed refund. If you requested a replacement, you will receive a confirmation email of a new order in place of acknowledgment. For more information about our return policy, please visit https://silverspeck.com/pages/returns-refunds.
How can I ship my return back to SilverSpeck?
Simply email us at care@silverspeck.com for your printable pre-paid USPS return label. You are welcomed to use your preferred shipping method. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please address all returns to:

Why was my card declined?
Cards can be declined from a different billing address than what your bank has on file. Please check that your information matches with your bank information, and if this does not work, please send us an email at care@silverspeck.com.
